Caleb Roberts

Systems & Software Engineer

Bridging the gap between creative design and technical execution through clean code and hardware diagnostics.

Caleb Roberts

Engineering the Future

I am a first year software engineering student at Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology also working in web development and hardware support. In my work as a Support Specialist at Launch Kits, I manage deploying sites and technical troubleshooting for client website issues. In addition to this, I work as a Consultation Agent at Geek Squad. Between these two roles and my studying at Thaddeus Stevens, I have learned how to tackle each software and hardware issue with a thorough diagnostic approach.

Professional Background

I have experience in both software and hardware support between my work with client hardware and software issues at Geek Squad, my website support work at Launch Kits, and my work developing 3d environments in Unity. In addition to my experience in these roles, I am studying software engineering at Thaddeus Stevens and studied at the Lancaster County CTC. Both of these helped me learn to approach problems from both a high-level systems perspective and a low-level technical perspective.
