How we got to where we are today.
Our company is a family owned and run food truck located in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Our goal is to bring big authentic Italian flavor to the streets of Lancaster in the form of a saucy, melty masterpiece… a parm sub. Our mission is to craft the best in Classic Italian Cuisine on this side of the Atlantic!

Specialities: Italian, Bar B Que, Wild Game
Travis grew up in a small town outside of Lancaster, Pennsylvania. After high school,
he moved north to pursue a career in teaching. It was there that he found his love for cooking.
He started out as a busboy and quickly worked his way up to line chef in fine dining restaurants
in the resorts of the Pocono Mountains.
After years of running the prestigious restaurant “Mama Bella’s Tuscan Grille, he has returned
to his hometown to start a family and career. He has spent the past decade mastering his art.
With his family at his side, he has returned to leave his mark on the lancaster food truck market.
Danielle Whiteside
Specialities: Classic Italian, Charcuterie, Pastry
Forged in the fiery kitchens of Jersey Italians, Danielle cut her culinary teeth very early in life. From whipping up a tasty vodka sauce at 10 years old, to homemade pasta and old world style sunday gravy at 12, this spitfire can do it all when it comes to classic Italian cuisine. She is a logistical magician and has catered large gatherings including birthday parties, weddings, graduation celebrations, and everything in between. She is the brains behind this food truck operation for sure.
Charlotte Whiteside
Specialities: Pancakes, cereal, pickles
She may be small, but she is mighty. Charlotte has been helping cook since she was able to stand.
She loves getting involved in the kitchen, especially when it’s time to taste test.
With 5 years of experience in the kitchen and specialties in pancakes, cereal, and pickles, she is a valuable member of the team.
